The clearing
Just 6 or 7 km south-east from the centre of Hanau, there is the small forest where the main action of the novel “The Grimm’s World” takes place. In the following map you can identify the exact position along the State Road 8: the forest is absolutely real, exists and can be visited, complete with a small playground for children.
